PitchTailor helps prepare your pitch. You stay in control of what is approved and shared.
The service
These terms govern your use of PitchTailor, operated by Lamona Technology AB. By creating an account or using the authenticated service, you agree to these terms. Contact hi@lamona.tech with questions. Our privacy policy describes how we handle personal data.
PitchTailor is an early-access prototype. Features, limits, and availability may change. The public demo uses sample meetings and illustrative prospect context. Calendar integrations and AI features depend on provider availability and configuration.
Your account and organization
Provide accurate information and protect your account. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Each person must separately authorize their calendar connection. Organization membership alone does not grant permission to access or update someone else’s calendar.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights to your slides, branding and other uploaded content. You grant us permission to store, process, adapt, translate and host that content as needed to provide the features you request. You must have the necessary rights and permission to upload and process presentations, attendee information and other material.
We may process relevant content through our service providers, including AI processing through AWS Bedrock. This permission does not grant us ownership of your content.
Review before sharing
AI-generated content can be incomplete or inaccurate. Check claims, names, translations and presentation formatting before relying on a deck. You are responsible for approving your content. PitchTailor does not guarantee sales results or verified buying relationships.
A presentation link is added to a connected calendar event only after approval. Anyone with a shared hosted link may view the presentation. Event changes may be visible to attendees and may trigger provider notifications. Keep a copy of important original PowerPoint files.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, upload material you have no right to use, attempt unauthorized access, bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, or use it to send misleading or abusive content. We may limit or suspend access to address abuse, security risks, or a breach of these terms.
Trials and payments
Free pilot access and usage allowances are shown in the product or agreed with you separately. Public pricing is indicative until checkout is enabled. A paid subscription requires you to explicitly complete checkout with the price, billing period and applicable terms displayed there. We do not charge you merely for exploring the demo or creating an account.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful service but do not promise uninterrupted access, complete prospect research, or error-free generated presentations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the prototype is provided as available without warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Stopping use and deletion
You can stop using PitchTailor and revoke calendar access at any time through your calendar provider. Request deletion of your account or stored files by emailing hi@lamona.tech from your account address. Revoking access does not automatically remove previously shared decks or calendar links. We may discontinue prototype features with appropriate notice where practicable.
Updates
We may update these terms as the service develops. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes. New paid obligations require your explicit agreement. The date at the top identifies this version.
